Project Manager – Recovery Suite
Project Manager – Recovery Suite
Our purpose drives us to build real communities that enhance the lives of our residents every day. We are seeking to join our expanding team.
After seven years of phenomenal growth and numerous awards, we are backed by a joint venture partnership between Legal & General PLC and NatWest Group Pension Trustee Limited. We are on course to significantly transform the later living experience in the UK, with a commitment to expand our portfolio to 34 retirement villages, which will equate to around 5,000 age-appropriate homes for retirees.
The Recovery Suite Project Manager will play a pivotal role in the successful launch of our new Recovery Suite at Millfield Green Village. This short-term position is dedicated to building strong relationships with local health and care partners, shaping a compelling marketing proposition, and driving interest in the suite ahead of its opening. Working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, the Project Manager will ensure the suite is strategically positioned to meet local needs and deliver a high-quality recovery experience. Key responsibilities include hosting stakeholder visits, coordinating promotional events, and supporting the development of effective referral pathways.
If you’re looking for a career which means more and gives you more, personally and professionally, there’s a place for you here at Inspired Villages.
The Role:
Pre-Launch
- Build awareness and foster partnerships by engaging with local authorities, NHS services (including GPs, district nurses, and discharge teams), and private healthcare providers to establish effective referral pathways.
- Support the creation of a compelling marketing and communications strategy to promote the Recovery Suite.
- Identify and connect with local networks, community groups, and key influencers—including existing Millfield Green residents—to generate interest and advocacy.
- Collaborate with the local village team to coordinate and host site visits, open days, and promotional events that showcase the suite and drive engagement.
- Assist in project planning, timeline management, and reporting to ensure a smooth and successful launch.
- Ensure the village team has a clear understanding of the service offering, booking procedures, and customer journey prior to opening.
Post-Launch
- Monitor and Evaluate: Track suite occupancy, gather feedback, and measure outcomes to assess the effectiveness of the pilot and identify areas for improvement.
- Reporting and Recommendations: Contribute to post-launch reports and provide data-driven recommendations on the suite’s future—whether continuation, expansion, or closure.
- Support Transition: If the service is continued, help transition responsibilities to permanent team members through training, process documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Support Expansion: In the event of a successful pilot, assist in scaling the model to additional properties or locations.
- Service Closure (if applicable): If the decision is made to end the service, support an orderly wind-down with clear communication to stakeholders and residents.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing refinement of the Recovery Suite model, capturing insights for replication or enhancement at Millfield Green and beyond.
