Office Manager

In partnership with Legal & General PLC and NatWest Pension Trustee Limited, with hugely ambitious (and very achievable) growth plans, we are seeking a Front Office Manager to manage our expanding front office administration team.

 

You will be passionate about delivering excellent levels of customer service, whilst leading and developing the front office function.

 

The Role:

  • Managing the activities of the reception and administrative team, ensuring they are aware of their responsibilities and performing to a high standard
  • Ensuring that all resident requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively
  • Making sure the front office areas are clean, tidy and presentable
  • Reporting any maintenance issues quickly and clearly to the maintenance team
  • Providing detailed information about the Village, its facilities and services to any prospective resident or guest
  • Assisting in the development and promotion of events and activities throughout the Village
  • Overseeing and ensuring that all administrative processes are carried out in line with company policy
  • Assisting with finance duties – processing invoices, cashing up, payroll etc
  • Meeting and greeting guests and residents in a friendly and approachable manner.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience manging others in a busy office or hospitality environment
  • Strong IT ability including the full MS Office package (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), would be desirable
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills and an eye for detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative without ongoing direct supervision
  • Be an enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable team player.

 

Working Hours:

  • This is a full-time opportunity where the Office Manager will work 37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday (9.00am till 5.30pm).
