In partnership with Legal & General PLC and NatWest Pension Trustee Limited, with hugely ambitious (and very achievable) growth plans, we are seeking an F&B Supervisor to manage our expanding food and beverage team.

The role will suit a dynamic, confident, and innovative F&B Supervisor who can think outside the box, and identify improvements, while maximizing sales opportunities.

The Role:

• Overseeing the operations of the food and beverage services including the restaurant, bar, café, and lounges
• Managing, leading, and developing the food and beverage team
• Maintaining the shift rota; ensuring staffing is correct and in line with demand levels
• Ensuring the food and beverage team are following opening and closing shift procedures
• Supporting the team in delivering excellent levels of customer service
• Advising the team on methods of upselling, cross-selling and add-on sales
• Promoting learning and developing initiatives to maximise the talent
• Assisting with the planning and execution of special promotional events and private parties
• Keeping abreast of market trends to keep up to date with best practices and new / fresh ideas in the culinary market
• Assisting your team with working on the floor, as and when required.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience supervising a food and beverage function, as a team leader, supervisor, or manager
• Strong commercial acumen to maximise sales
• Qualified with a degree in hospitality or hotel management, would be ideal but not essential
• Enthusiastic, passionate and the ability to build rapport with ease.
